Roles & Responsibilities
· Taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers
· Taking off Comparison of Quantities between Tender and Working drawings for variation works.
· Proficient in Micro soft and AutoCAD software
· Prepare project estimates and costs and keep track of variations to the contract
· Making Payment Certificate for subcontractors
Qualifications
· Preferably a Diploma in Civil Engineering
· Minimum 3 years experience as a QS handling Civil projects
· Experience in Main contractor companies will be an advantage
· Experienced at compiling and following estimating
· In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
Salary
- 3,200 – 4,500 depending on experience and capability
