Job Requirements:
- Manage account receivable including issue and send invoice to customer, follow up with customer for payment.
- Record payroll and depreciation journal in system.
- Record supplier invoice and payment voucher in system.
- Full set account experience will be added advantage.
- Familiar with MYOB or other accounting system
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
- Execute other ad hoc tasks the Company assigns.
- Manage account payable including verifying supplier invoice, processing payment and record in system
- Familiar with GST reporting
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision and guidance.
- Working area: Singapore, Kian Teck Road
Qualifications:
- Min 3 years of work experience in finance operation, accounting related functions.
- At least LCCI qualification,
- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Candidates that can communication with China customer is an added advantage.
