Job Description:The Office Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing corporate services operations within ILC. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional with expertise in finance and accounting to ensure efficient office management, financial planning, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Manage corporate services including HR, IT, procurement, and administrative functions.
- Handle financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
- Coordinate and support the migration of accounting systems and manage related financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines.
- Support the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual report and financial statements for stakeholder communication.
- Provide support in payroll processing and management via Infotech HR System.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, corporate services, finance, or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in payroll processing and financial reporting is preferred.
