Responsibilities:
- Assist the Global Head of CDD in the implementation of the global CDD related policy and program including, but not limited to the following:
- Implementing the global CDD standards for retail and corporate services
- Oversight of the global customer risk scoring methodology
- Assist to revamp and improve ongoing due diligence processes including, but not limited to CDD triggers, CDD refresh, etc.
- Advising/consulting local Compliance Officers and MLROs on operational impact of local requirements
- Support Product, Customer Service, and other central teams to identify operational efficiencies and solutions to issues as they arise
- Development and delivery of periodic reporting on KPIs, OKRs, project progress, etc. to management, Board, others as needed
- Partnering with Product leadership to strategize global and local CDD enhancements.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to staff members throughout Compliance, developing skill sets and identifying key talent
Requirements
- 8+ years of CDD experience
- CAMS, ACFCS or other industry leading certification
- 2+ years of management experience
- Knowledge and experience with global CDD requirements
- Knowledge and experience with implementing customer risk scoring frameworks
- Deep understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions risks
- Knowledge of global licensing requirements related to financial services and crypto related business activities
- Experience with complex beneficial ownership structures
- Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and writing skills
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced remote working environment
