We're seeking a highly motivated Junior Microsoft Power Automate Specialist to join us. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes, ensuring efficiency across the board.
Responsibilities:-
· Be an automation champion: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to eliminate repetitive tasks and boost productivity.
· Identify automation opportunities with a keen eye, proposing solutions that empower various departments.
· Become a data whiz: Collect, organize, and analyse data to support informed decision-making. Maintain data accuracy through regular checks and updates.
· Master the Microsoft Suite: Utilize Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to craft reports, presentations, and clear documentation. Leverage Power BI to create compelling data visualizations.
· Support your team: Provide technical assistance for Power Automate and other Microsoft tools, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth workflow automation.
· Collaboration is key: Work closely with colleagues across departments to understand their automation needs and deliver customized solutions. Assist with training staff on new processes and tools.
Requirements:-
· Tertiary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar field (relevant experience may substitute).
· Is a Power Automate pro, with a solid grasp of workflow automation concepts.
· Has experience with Microsoft tools like Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint (a plus).
· Possesses basic knowledge of data management and analysis principles.
· (Optional) Has prior experience in a similar role or internship.
· Has a proven track record of automating processes and managing data efficiently.
· Boasts excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
· Communicates effectively and fosters strong relationships with colleagues.
· Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.

Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm
Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Renumeration
$3,2000 - $3,500 per month
