Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of project together with the lead, overseeing the entire lifecycle from project formation to execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the early phases to assist in proposal scoping and development, contract management and project initiation.
- Utilize strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on target and within resources.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with project goals throughout lifecycle.
- Demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills to address issues promptly and maintain positive team dynamics.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, including vendor management and internal stakeholder communications
- Generate regular reports to update project stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, with minimum of 5 years of working experience in a Healthcare, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical environment
- Excellent computer skills (M365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, communication platforms)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Resourceful and adaptable with strong-problem solving skills
- Exhibit professionalism by demonstrating personal accountability, effective work habits, empathy and teamwork
