- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
- Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve construction-related issues and conflicts.
- Assist in preparing progress reports, project documentation, and other relevant materials.
- Support in conducting site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Assist in managing relationships with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes relevant to construction management.
- 1-2 years’ experience in construction management or a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
