Job description:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the education field, with prior knowledge of the British and American curriculum being a significant advantage. We value perseverance, dedication, and flexibility in our teachers.
Requirements:
- Ability to adapt teaching methodologies as needed
- Skill in engaging and motivating students
- Proactive attitude and initiative
- Punctuality and Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with at least 3 years of teaching experience. A PhD or Master's degree in Maths or related fields would be a significant advantage
- Understanding of the concept of tuition centers, where each student is treated as an individual rather than a number
- Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak periods
Important note:
We are currently hiring only local full-time teachers. The monthly salary ranges from 5,000 SGD to 7,000 SGD, depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize lesson plans to meet students' needs
- Provide written feedback on student progress
- Create curriculum materials
- Identify and address learning obstacles
- Supervise students during peak hours
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required
Work schedule:
- Five or six days a week, depending on candidate availability
- Weekday hours: 09:00 to 20:00
- Weekend hours: 09:00 to 18:00 (lunch and dinner breaks arranged according to schedule)
- Schedule may be subject to changes during school breaks and public holidays
