Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand, plan, and customize unique travel proposals for clients.
- Arrange tour transportation and accommodation.
- Make hotel reservations and create detailed itineraries tailored to clients' expectations, including local attractions.
- Interact with local and overseas travel agents.
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned by superiors.
- Conduct outdoor field work as needed.
- Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism / Travel / Leisure studies or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product sourcing.
- Fluent spoken English, good written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Experience working towards achieving sales targets and team goals
- Proven ability to build and maintain a loyal customer base
- Able to work independently, pleasant, patience and able to work under pressure.
- Strong inter-personal skills.
- Good knowledge of various travel products & well verse in airfare calculation and able to offer competitive travel fare options
- Must be an excellent team player
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform outdoor field work.
- Passion for travel with travel experience.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent organizational skills and Strong project management skills.
