**Ideally able to commit to at least a 4 months attachment**
· To assist in performing new product development from ingredient sourcing, laboratory and kitchen trials to commercialization, focusing especially in sauces.
· To support in conducting sensory evaluation and approval of new and/or alternative raw materials.
· To conceptualize new and innovative products.
· Ensure all product creation complies with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements within the country of use.
· To support in developing innovative solutions to help grow and value-add to customers’ requirements, ensuring that any solutions provided are within the stipulated cost parameters and manufacturing capability.
Requirements:
· Candidate should ideally be pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Biotechnology or related courses.
· Meticulous and well-organized, able to work independently
· Willingness to learn and a team player
· Proficient in MS Office
· Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment
