Job Responsibilities:
- Lead/supervise PSAs to ensure smooth operations on the ground
- Supervise and train the team to ensure service standards are always maintained.
- Ensure sufficient manpower and step in to assist in ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- Attend to patient feedback, find solutions to amicable closure, and identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Perform administrative support in procurement/billing processes.
- Be the Single point of contact (SPOC) for the department for administrative matters.
- Prepare onboarding for new staff.
Job Requirements:
- Good diploma in any discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in the healthcare industry and leading a small team
- Tech-savvy with experience using several different IT systems in daily work
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work in a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment
- Patient-fronting experience is highly preferred
