Job Title:Finance Administrator
Introduction:Welcome to Leader Food, where we prioritize excellence in financial management. We are a meat importer and distributor here in Singapore with international presence across South East Asia. We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team and support our finance department in ensuring smooth operations and financial accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger
- Prepare and submit invoices and expense reports
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Monitor budgets and financial transactions
- Generate financial reports and assist with month-end closing
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
