Responsibilities
- Managing of areas and logistic requirement for renovation.
- To liaise with stakeholders for unwanted documents/stores and highlight prior to disposal action.
- Coordinate setting up and transforming storerooms to store hub for transition.
- Support the team on plans and engagement process for the renovation and logistics matters.
- Work with contractor for the renovated office readiness for office setup.
- Other ad-hoc administrative and logistic work assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in logistics management would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with logistics movement and administration would be advantageous.
