Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Office Hours (Monday – Friday)
Basic Salary: Up to $4,600 per month
Responsibilities:
· Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
· Review existing business processes, identify areas of improvement, and make strategic recommendations for optimisation.
· Utilize data analytics to derive insights and drive informed decision making.
· Set up and facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and innovation.
· Prepare and deliver regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and key insights.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in project management and leading transformational initiatives.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
· Excellent communication and facilitation abilities to drive meaningful conversations and collaboration.
· A track record of delivering impactful recommendations for business process improvements.
· Proficiency in report preparation and presentation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Tableau and other comparable digital tools.
· Experience in a similar role within a transformation or change management environment
· Past Public Service experience is preferred.
