Job Description
· In charge of full sets of account (AP, fixed assets, cash book, budgeting and GST submission)
· Ensuring the accuracy of all the payments & transaction
· Generate adjustment entries and cash flow report
· Prepare profit & loss statements and cost management report monthly
· Monitoring monthly bank reconciliation and sales reconciliation
· Compiling and analysing data to find trends
· Filing of invoices, payment vouchers, letters, etc.
· Assisting in ad hoc financial data extraction and analysis whenever necessary etc.
· Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
· Prefer 1- 3 years in automotive industry working experience
· Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of accounting policy and practice
· Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
· Able to meet tight deadlines and produce accurate and detail work with quick turnaround
