JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for coordinating site works in building construction and improvement works which covers:
- Study tender/construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities.
- Supervise site works so that quality works can be achieved within a specific timeline.
- Compliance to WSHA, safe work procedure and maintain good house-keeping.
- Work proactively and positively with Subcontractors for ensuring good workmanships are produced in timely manners.
- Lead and delegate work to a team of workers.
- Attend interviews, presentation and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year of experience in construction industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered as Assistant Site Engineer)
- Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
