- Prepare quotation, cost estimate, tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities
- Prepare, measure and estimate costing for tenders
- Allocate work to subcontractors
- Perform all costs relating to projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures and undertaking costs analysis for the project work
- Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Measure and take off quantities for architectural and structural work elements and prepare progress claim, payment certificate and VO preparation
- Assist Project Manager in procurement and sub-contracting matters
- Attend onsite and consultants’ meetings and liaise with clients, architects and associate consultants in the administration of projects
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related fields
- Fresh Graduates Welcome
- 5.5 work week unless attached on site- based on site condition
