Responsibilities

We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following:

Responsibilities:

· Develop project plans with timelines and track project milestones

· Work with clients, contractors, and teams to meet project needs.

· Create and maintain project schedules.

· Provide technical guidance and resolve issues.

· Oversee on-site work for adherence to plans and safety.

· Prepare and present progress reports.

· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

· Manage client communication and satisfaction.

· Implement and monitor quality control procedures.

· Prepare, provide and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

· To carry out on-site testing and commissioning of systems, prepare operation manuals, etc.

· To provide technical support and user training to end-users.

· To carry out maintenance and support services to existing customers.

· Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Mechanical or related field.

· Proven work experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.

· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

· Experience in the field of robotics or other high-tech industry preferred.

· Ability to work with diverse teams and mediate conflicts.

· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

· The Project Engineer will report to the Project Manager and will be instrumental in the success of the Robotics team's projects. This role requires a team player with robust project management skills, a passion for technology, and an innovative mindset.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills on technical level.

· Some basic software programming knowledge would be an advantage.

· Self-motivated to work independently to manage projects.

· Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives.

· Possess the highest ethical and moral standards.

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.

· Minimum 1 years working experience in project environment, preference shall be given to candidate with project management experience.
