Responsibilities:
- Engage in a variety of activities including cost estimation, preparation of technical proposals, tender preparation, contract management, and project scheduling.
- Work as both Main Contractor and Specialist Contractor on projects in Singapore and overseas.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant working experience in sites and cost estimation is an advantage
- Ability to utilize AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit) and Primavera P6 is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
