Senior Project Manager
- Lead and motivate project team members, providing clear direction and support.
- Manage project team dynamics and address any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Able to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Able to develop comprehensive project plans, including timeline, milestones, resource allocation and budgets.
- Manage the delivery of the project/programme, including rigorous scope control and change management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Preparation and regular updates of status reports, risks and issues to the project owner, stakeholders, and senior management
- Regular exchange and coordination with all departments and external vendors to meet project milestones and assure execution within contractually agreed parameters.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.
- Documentation and management of risks and issues
- Ensuring clear and concise communications to all stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication across project teams.
- Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated project management experience on software development.
- Demonstrate understanding of the project life cycle (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)Demonstrate understanding in project change management.
- Proven experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
- Understanding in Project Office Admin & Filing system.
- Understanding in setting up of the Project Management Repository.
- Competency in planning and scheduling using MS project and coming out with project S-Curve
- Competency in Managing Project Risks and Issues, controlling Cost & Budget for project.
- Occasion Travelling overseas is requiried
