Looking for a Consulting Project Manager with some background experience in Venture Design or building a startup.
Some domain experience is required in shipping, marine industry or fintech / banking. Alternately domain experience in transaction / wholesale banking (trade finance, supply chain finance, digital assets) will be a good fit.
Project management responsibilities include delivering consulting and technical projects on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Structure work products and provide consulting leadership to team.
· Bring experience of domain as mentioned above on Venture Building, Fintech, shipping marine / transaction banking.
· Ability to facilitate multi stakeholder workshops using design thinking / agile methodologies.
· Manage CXO level stakeholders for SME clients as part of project responsibility.
· Strong Business Presentation skills
· Strong Business Presentation creation skills
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
· Scope Management.
· Perform project Financials Management.
· Resource loading management in scenarios of onsite, offshore projects.
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
