Job Description
Opportunity for a resourceful human resources generalist to support the team in important functions such as compensation and benefits, training and development, and organizational development. This position will be based in the HQ in Singapore and will be required to work closely with other regional offices.
Responsibilities
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements
- Assist with full spectrum of HR operations such as Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisals, onboarding/ offboarding and compliance.
- Support in office administration matters such as maintenance of office supplies and cleanliness
- Manage travel arrangements for the office
- Address employee issues such as absenteeism, grievances, performance and conduct matters
- Assist in the communication and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
- Assist with other ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Recognised Degree/ Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in supporting end to end HR processes
- Familiar with managing office administration
- Sound knowledge of employment and labour laws in Singapore and Hong Kong is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office application (i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful and meticulous and an effective team player
- Able to multi-task and work independently
