Your job scope is to assist Operations Manager in managing and ensuring smooth operations of the Company in the following areas:
- Assist Operations Manager to lead the Company’s operations staff in accordance with the Company’s visions and values;
- Support QEHS Policy and objectives set and ensure workers adhere to in-house rules and regulations and relevant safe work procedures;
- Oversee efficiency of operational processes, report plant or machinery breakdowns and monitor stock movement and quality control;
- Coordinate with warehouse workers on all operational activities on daily basis and ensure efficient use of warehouse space, manpower and equipment;
- Plan work shift and tasks, coordinate with operations staff for operational jobs arrangement;
- Organize external contracts, such as cleaning or supplies;
- Identify and organize training needs for operations staff, promote QEHS and motivate team members;
- Gather and provide feedback to improve areas in QEHS in daily operations;
- Liaise with contractors and oversee contractors’ work activities;
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
