Job Responsibilities:
- Provide global IT support for Japanese companies on Office 365
- Incident Reception
- Status Management
- Perform routine tasks (user registration, group changes, etc.)
- Support for user inquiries
- Manage Incident Ticket
- Handle Regularly Operation Tasks
- Provide support for enquiry / troubleshooting
- Escalate internally if it is complicated request and situations
- Any Ad-hoc basis e.g : New customers' project
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support scope of work
- Ability to read/write Japanese as the role requires to liaise with Native Japanese customers in Japanese
- Ability to read/write Chinese as the role requires to liaise with customers in China/Taiwan in Chinese language
- Permenant Night Shift (9pm-9am)
- 2-3 working days per week (including weekends and PH)
- No Hybrid work (case to case arrangement)
