General Admin Clerk
Job Description
· Industry/Organization Type: Manufacturing
· Working Location: Jurong
· 5 days week
· Salary range $1,700 to $2,100
· Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
· Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
· Answer Phone calls, emails and other correspondence
· Assist in prepare Purchase requisitions/order
· Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement
· Handle work Permit recruitment and renewal documentation
· Updating leaves and MC records
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager
Requirements:
· GCE O-Level or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
· Competent in MS office-Excel, PowerPoint and Word
· Must be able to write and communication in Mandarin and English
· Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
· Prefer candidate from Jurong area
