Climate Impact X (CIX) is seeking a Digital Commercialisation Lead to be based in Singapore to join our Corporate Solutions team, focusing on monetising our onscreen solutions with multinational clients. In this client-facing role, the Digital Commercialisation Lead is accountable for the P&Ls associated with the CIX marketplace and auction platforms including the overall value proposition, user journeys, content, and promotion.

To excel in this role, the successful candidate will be fluent in agile product development methodologies and understand how the voluntary carbon market is utilized by climate action leaders. The candidate will have developed digital solutions that disrupted traditional value chains and led to generating incremental value for clients and previous employers. The Digital Commercialisation Lead will co-develop proposals for new and existing business that fully leverage the range of CIX solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Owns the P&L for marketplace and auction and all that is associated with CIX’s Marketplace and Auctions (MP&A) platforms becoming known as best-in-class self-service platforms
  • Main KPIs are associated with unlocking revenues and maximizing platform yield
  • Collaborates with the internal product & strategy team to source customer insights and design product alterations according to customer insights and payoff period assumptions including but not limited to:UX enhancements to drive greater trial counts and throughput
    Inclusion of online-to-offline triggers to build CIX and self-service trust
    Developing and embedding the CIX quality assessment stamp of approval as a branded quality component
    Driving marketplace composition changes in line with evolving buyer needs
    Responding to competitor feature and go-to-market developments
    Testing and/or incorporating built if sold white label optionality (e.g., supply chain interfacing, reverse auctions)
  • Reveals and pursues opportunities to enrich corporate sourcing opportunities leveraging marketplace and auction product demos
  • Owns the business development pipeline for acquiring new clients and growing existing client wallet shares
  • Coordinate the implementation of successful end-to-end user experiences including post-purchase strategic support that lead to attaining customer satisfaction targets.
  • Takes a data-driven approach to track and report KPIs to measure the successful execution of commercialization efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in the agile development app development approach including customer insight generation and involvement.
  • Prior consulting experience preferred in association with revealing client pain points and pathways to resolution.
  • Broad and diverse network of prospective corporate buyers to test value prop assumptions.
  • Fluency in CRM tools to streamline the sales process and nurture client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics and lead generation best practices.
  • Proven capability to support multi-year win-win commercial solutions across sectors.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and risk-related information to any audience.
  • Regimented approach to managing time, priorities, and quality outcomes and experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
