The Project Manager – Digital PMO Support role will be responsible for professional project management of one or more Aviation Digital projects, from initiation to handover, for prestigious Airport Clients.
Aviation Digital projects range from IT Infrastructure to Operational Systems to Digital & Data Solutions, for both new and existing airports and terminals. The role will focus on the development and management of project controls and monitoring digital tools which may cover the following; customer requirements, scope management, schedules (alignment with the customer), resource planning, project costs/budget, documentation, communications, 3rd party vendor co-ordination, and deliverables and ultimately the customer’s satisfaction.
The Opportunity
- Provision and/or management of digital project management systems across schedule, information management, cost/budget controls, invoicing etc.
- Accountable for significant and complex activities related to project management requiring prediction and planning for future resources;
- Strategically develop and refine project cost estimates at a high level, considering complex variables like materials, labor, and overhead, to support large-scale projects and organizational objectives.
- Oversee the creation and management of project budgets across multiple projects, meticulously tracking expenses, and implementing advanced cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Offer mentoring and coaching to advance team members' skills and professional growth. Skilfully resolve conflicts and address challenges within the team. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture to enhance motivation and engagement.

Is this role right for you?
- Relevant engineering degree within a consulting business environment;
- Proficiency in digital project management tools such as Pira, Powerbi, Excel, Sharepoint, Projectwise etc.
- Relevant experience in Aviation design project management & digital innovation technologies within the aviation sector.
- Have an excellent understanding of Airport/Aviation operations, processes (e.g. Airport Systems Design, ORAT) and Standards (IATA standards), technologies and systems.
