Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining company Integrated Management System (IMS - ISO 9001, 14001 & 13485 requirements).
- Assist in planning, conducting and/or leading internal Integrated Management System (IMS) audit and handling customer audits.
- Assist in follow up with post audit activities, document findings and raise finding reports, expedite Corrective Actions on audit findings and their closure and verify effectiveness of the Corrective Actions.
- Support and coordinate with respective internal parties to be ready before and during external audits.
- Prepare and update standard procedures and instructions for use within the organization.
- Assist in preparing annual QMS review meeting and materials for presentation.
- Supervise & lead QA Supervisor, QA Line Leader & QA Inspectors for day-to-day operation.
- Plan and maintain training competency readiness of QA Supervisor, Leader & Inspectors.
- Prepare quality reports and documents as assigned.
- Monitor and coordinate equipment’s calibration.
- Ensure inventory of QA samples and documented information issued.
- Assist to resolve quality matters with Operation
- Maintain completeness of Device History Records (DHR) for all healthcare projects.
- Coordinate Corrective Action Request (CAR) for timely and completeness of correction and corrective action(s).
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor (and above)
Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Assurance
- Responsible and positive attitude
