Roles:
- Managing calendars & meetings, scheduling and organising in-person/ virtual appointments & engagements, business/personal travel arrangements, filing of documentation, including expense claims etc
- Managing and handling all aspects of local and overseas confidential correspondences.
- Scheduling meetings, collating reports, handling emails and phone calls.
- Maintaining proper filing of documents, ensuring confidentiality of information, and processing payments and purchases.
- Maintain all office related contracts
- Developing action plans to accommodate unforeseen schedule or meeting changes and following through after reviewing the situation with the Director.
- Assisting in public and private events
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- Discretion and confidentiality in scope of work
- Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity (office admin experience)
- Accounts background will be advantageous.
- Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player with a high level of integrity.
