- Data Entry: Updating and managing the database of properties, clients, and transactions.
Marketing Support
- Listing Management: Creating and managing property listings on various real estate platforms.
- Marketing Materials: Preparing flyers, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Social Media: Managing social media accounts and creating content to promote properties and the real estate agency.
- Website Maintenance: Updating and maintaining the company website with current listings and relevant information.
Client Relations
- Client Communication: Serving as a point of contact for clients, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Follow-ups: Conducting follow-up calls or emails to clients and communicate visitor feedback and interest levels to the sales team promptly
- Client Records: Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Welcome and greet visitors- welcome visitors to the show unit and introduce yourself as the point of contact and provide initial information about the property, features and amenities.
Ensure Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding property showings and visitor interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
