Job Description
- Perform general drafting work including (but not limited to) the detailing of civil, structural, architectural, and other related drawings based on preliminary concepts or sketches. The ability to do drafting with only discussion with engineers (without sketch) is an advantage.
- Preparation of 2D drawings on AutoCAD for civil, structural and architectural works.
- Preparation and/or update 3D model and generate fabrication drawings and MTOs.
- Preparation and review construction shop drawings.
- Preparation and review steel fabrication drawings.
- Support project team in case of design and technical concerns during construction.
- Collaborate with C&S team as well as overall project team.
- Perform occasional site visit to check actual conditions for engineering or check design compliance.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Process/Oil & Gas or similar industry.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Drafting & Modelling software. AutoCAD proficiency is a must. Experienced in Modelling software such as Revit or Advance Steel is also required.
- Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Willingness to learn and possess a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to do simple Bill of Quantities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment or individually (if necessary).
- Ability to multitask if necessary and work in a fast-paced setting.
