Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and administration of the Library
- Ensure Library is ready for opening by performing checks
- Perform Library counter duties
- Operate the Library Management System eg. book borrowing, book search, circulation, cataloguing
- Manage the inter-library loans to support the information needs for library users
- Support current awareness /alert services to create awareness of Library resources
Requirements
- A Diploma (preferably from a local polytechnic) with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in working in a law library is preferred
