Job Description
Project Support Executive will provide essential administrative arrangements to project teams and clients, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks: Schedule jobs, manage documents, and maintain organized records.
- Communication: Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders and clients, disseminating updates and information.
- Task tracking: Monitor and track project tasks and deadlines, keeping team members informed.
- Reporting: Prepare project status reports, update progress, and identify issues.
- Problem-solving: Help address project-related challenges as they arise.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks associated with the projects.
Qualifications
- O/A Levels, Diploma or equivalent education level.
- Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin as you are required to communicate with our project team and Mandarin speaking clients.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in office and/or project management software.
- Prior support role or project management experience is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
