Duration: 1 August to End Feb/Mar 2025 (To cover maternity)
Working hours: 830am to 530pm (M-F)
Location: Airport
- Monthly Payroll Processing
- Ensure accurate and timely salary payments to employees on 10th and 23rd of each month
- Long Service Award Processing
- Facilitates the disbursement of Long Service Leave and travel vouchers
- Timely submission of statutory related claims, tax forms, CPF submissions
- Provides support to HR Business Partners on exit matters e.g. payment schedules and leave computations
- Ensure full compliance in statutory claims and submissions
- Provide monthly reports as required
- Organise half-yearly roadshows for medical insurance enrolment and health screening
- Accountable for administration of staff benefits
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma preferably in Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in payroll process
- Experience in HR information system – QuickHR
- Proficient in MS Excel
