Job Description
- Assist in the daily data collection and preparation of management report for IT system
- Compile, consolidate and manage the statistics and data gathered to facilitate performance report preparation.
- Daily retrieval of case applications from IT systems, perform manual distribution/assignment to officers and to update the record accordingly.
- Secretarial duties and support function to the reporting officer in carrying out assignment of duties and work.
- Answering public phone calls
Requirement
- Minimum “A” level or equivalent and preferred relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Able and willing to work on weekend and weekday after office hours (ad-hoc basis)
