Job Responsibilities:
Credit Applications:
- Process credit applications within 10 working days, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients.
City Ledger:
- Issue invoices/statements promptly and monitor timely follow-up on overdue accounts to expedite recovery.
- Ensure adherence to special billing requirements for groups and conventions.
Guest Ledger:
- Review PX and PM accounts daily, transferring them to the city ledger within 48 hours of departure.
Fixed Assets:
- Tag all fixed assets using manually generated AA barcodes.
- Maintain accurate records of asset movements, compute depreciation per PSHS standards, and update the FA listing.
- Post monthly depreciation entries and reconcile FA listings with the balance sheet.
Asset Management:
- Validate evaluation and disposal forms with supporting documentation from HODs for new purchases and disposals.
Other Duties:
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations by the first week.
- Verify compliance of Casual Labour claims and reconcile them with submitted timesheets.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems.
- Service-oriented with attention to detail.
- Proactive, good team player, and able to work independently
- Experience with the "Sun" cloud system is a bonus.
Salary Range: $2500-$3000
