- Manage and maintain user contact data.
- Build and nurture direct relationships with key users.
- Develop and maintain a hunting list for potential clients.
- Ensure transparency on key users and projects, including potential evaluations, user demands, project management, and infrastructure setup.
- Regularly update dashboards on users and applications/projects.
- Take responsibility for sales and gross margin targets for sales force-driven customers.
- Manage, enable, and monitor specialized (sales force-driven) retail operations.
- Collaborate with the After Sales Manager to audit the fulfillment of added value services (logistics, first-level technical support, financials, after-sales service).
- Provide commercial and conceptual training.
- Sell and create additional services such as Fleet Management, Full Service, Pick-up, and 24-hour repair.
- Develop direct sales strategies that do not conflict with retail-driven sales.
- Personally manage large accounts and projects, focusing on assertiveness, information, and purchase phases.
- Aim to cover the top users in the country.
- Collaborate with the regional team to address user demands for solutions and applications.
- Serve as an interface and support for divisions responsible for cross-selling concepts.
- Implement central user marketing strategies and concepts.
- Ensure the correct mix of products and services for quality-oriented large users.
