Your Role
We are looking for a highly experienced commercial sales head to join our JAPAC Go-To-Market Shared Services team. As a leader, you will play a key role in shaping up our new Commercial RTM/GTM initiative focused on partner engagement in the JAPAC region. Your work will help us identify trends and spearhead new initiatives to accelerate our commercial segment revenue booking growth across each sub-regions.
Your Impact
Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and enhance profitability.
Lead the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.
Manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives with the prime responsibility to tap into whitespace through inbound and outbound call campaigns.
Develop strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth and foster increased customer loyalty.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, as well as track competitor activity to develop effective strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial activities, including customer data privacy regulations.
Develop and manage budgets and financial performance metrics to ensure that commercial activities are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Develop and manage commercial offerings and/or bundles tailored to markets, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
Identify and assess new business opportunities to diversify the company's revenue streams and improve its market position
