We are looking for a business and data analyst to join our sales & operations planning team. You will have expertise in business analytics tools to bridge the gap between business needs and data insights.
What you will do
- Optimize data analytics reporting and tools to support efficient understanding for the demand planning team
- Utilize statistical methods and machine learning for forecasting future product demand
- Analyze demand drivers including seasonality, economic indicators, competitor activity, and product launches
- Monitor forecast accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and refine forecasting models
- Gather and clean data from diverse sources such as sales history and marketing campaigns for accurate analysis
- Maintain and correctly parameterize IBP & PBI data to support integrated business planning.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or other related studies
- At least 3 years of experience as an analyst in demand, supply planning, logistics, or inventory management in mid- to large-scale international organization
- Proficiency in business analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel VBA, or others.
- Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and similar tools is advantageous.
- Good understanding of forecast models, supply chain processes, and practices, coupled with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
