We are looking for someone with experience in data analytics, forecasting, and supply chain systems proficiency to lead our Hearing Aids & Accessories Demand Planning and develop accurate short and long-term plans, drive NPI/EOL initiatives, optimize inventory, and enhance processes through analytics and automation.
What you will do
- Drive global demand planning and sales & operations planning processes for hearing aids and accessories
- Understand and drive NPI, phase-in and phase out requirements
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders to understand and share future requirements
- Manage risks and opportunities that could impact demand, influencing detailed behaviors at country and product levels
- Develop and maintain forecast models across multiple levels to support sales budgets and forecasts
- Analyze global demand patterns, trends, outliers, and accuracy compared to previous projections and sales forecasts
- Optimize stock holdings and inventory levels at sales companies and distribution centers, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or other related studies
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and sales demand forecasting using Excel and statistical tools, preferably in mid- to large-scale international organizations
- Proficiency in integrated supply chain systems (IBP), Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of forecast models, supply chain processes, and business statistics
- Experience in business analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar, alongside excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel versions 2010-2021.
