Job Description
- Receive clients from the company, understand their design requirements, and come up with design proposals.
- Provide quotes to clients based on the scope of work for the project.
- Upon closing a deal, follow up with clients on material selections and finalize design plans.
- Visit job sites regularly to ensure work is done according to the drawings.
Key Requirements
- Candidates must be able to produce spontaneous hand sketches based on client requirements.
- Candidates must have a good design sense and be able to communicate their designs clearly to contractors.
- Candidates must be time-conscious and adhere to deadlines to meet key project phases.
- Candidates must always be ready to attend to emergency situations when managing a project and meet clients' expectations.
