Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction with electric car's aftersales service.
- Execute core processes for service activities.
- Supervise team technicians to ensure efficient and professional work.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs (timely delivery, customer service, repair quality, cost efficiency).
- Take initiative for smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma, 'A' Levels, NTC 2/3 or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandatory possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
Working days: 5.25 days per week
Rest Day: Every Sunday
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1900hrs
Saturday (Alternate): 0800hrs to 1300hrs
