Job Scope :
- Provide excellent customer service by receiving and attending to customers.
- Identify and respond to customer needs.
- Advise and follow up with customers on technical, delivery, pricing, and additional charge issues.
- Prepare quotations and process job orders accordingly.
- Investigate customer complaints and recommend solutions.
- Assist in Customer Service Operations (CSO) duties when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement:
