Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers, provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and make outbound calls for various purposes such as follow-ups, surveys, or sales
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication via phone calls. Understand customer requirements, address concerns, provide technical assistance, and offer personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist customers to process sales order & coordinate on delivery.
- Handle customer after sales service.
Job Requirements:
- Entry level is welcome, training is provided.
- Candidates with customer service/telesales/call centre experience are welcome to apply.
