Job Description:
1. Perform site planning, coordination & inspection relating to the construction project so as to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met.
2. Support Quantity Surveyors in conducting site measurement and inspections.
3. Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
4. Any other tasks assigned by the management.
5. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil/Structural) or equivalent.
a. Minimum 5 years construction experience with experience in civil construction industry.
b. Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and able to work within tight deadlines.
c. Preparing project plans.
d. Managing budgets and resources.
e. Coordinating with architects and subcontractors.
6. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Ability to communicate articulately with consultants, and subcontractors.
