Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation. You will work closely with users to understand their needs, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Working hours : Monday- Friday 10am- 7pm
- Working location : Tanjong Pagar
- Salary Package : Up to SGD5800 (basic)
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from users to understand their needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical manuals.
- Coordinate and participate in system testing, including creating test plans, conducting tests, and documenting results.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in project planning and management, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on new systems and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve business analysis processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques.
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
- Experience with technical documentation and requirements gathering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools is a plus.
