IT Specialist | Engineer (Desktop | Endpoint | M365)
Working Hour: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IoT devices.
- Ensure endpoints are updated with the latest software patches, security updates, and configurations to meet client standards.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain a portfolio of applications, ensuring security and optimal performance.
- Monitor application usage and license compliance, managing software updates and patches efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of endpoint and application configurations, as well as management procedures.
- Implement endpoint and application security and performance monitoring to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and applications.
- Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline endpoint and application management tasks such as deployment, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors, including procurement, licensing, and warranty management.
- Maintain an inventory of endpoint devices, software licenses, and IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation and asset tracking.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in IT with at least 3years experience in desktop and endpoint management experience (L2 experience required)
- Preferred candidate to have M365 experiences (administration, troubleshooting, and configuration).
