- Identify, explore and develop new business opportunities to achieve continuous sales growth and targets.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential clients.
- Establish good marketing and sales strategy to penetrate market and achieve sales target as well as to support retention of existing clients.
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing strategy through feedback from existing and prospective clients.
- Set up meeting with potential clients.
- Manage and strengthen position with existing clients.
- Provide monthly sales report to management.
- Share feedback from existing customers or prospects with internal teams.
- Responsible for meeting sales plans and tracking individual client account’s monthly sales targets.
- Implement strategies to grow the sales revenue of existing clients.
- Establish and build a strong working relationship with clients.
- Provide excellent customer support and attend to all queries, issues and concerns raised.
- Promote the company image in a professional manner.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of competitors.
- Work closely with team members and all internal stakeholders and adhere to processes to design and meet clients’ requirements.
- To achieve minimum monthly sales target.
Requirements:
- Preferably 2 to 3 years’ experience as sales associate in F&B industry.
- Preferably fluent in written and spoken Chinese/ English. (Good written and verbal communications skills in Chinese/English to maintain and develop good relationships with customers)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated successful experience in making presentations and negotiating contracts with clients
- Diligent, initiative and result-driven.
- Independent with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
