Job Description
- Responsible in providing assistance to the valuation and other reporting requirements in the Actuarial Department to support business needs.
- Supports the computing of reserves and capital requirements for solvency monitoring.
- Perform valuation projects assigned which may involve solvency, balance sheet and profit & loss management etc.
- Support new product assessment, including but not limited to reserving/solvency bases review, valuation modelling requirements etc.
- Responsible for maintaining local Model Governance standards as per company guidelines.
- Work closely with the group office and external Actuarial consultants, ensuring adherence to the company guidelines and statutory regulations.
Job Requirement
- Degree holder in a relevant discipline in Actuarial studies, with good progress in actuarial exams.
- With 2 years and above of Actuarial experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Hands-on experience in Prophet is a plus.
