- Drive Singtel enterprise architecture design principles and strategy.
- Design and implement Singtel integration architectures and solutions that support the strategic goals of the business.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of integration tools and software.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain standards and guidelines for integration practices and design patterns.
- Ensure that integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of integration solutions, making recommendations for improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to enterprise integration and assess their applicability to our business needs.
- Participate actively in the architecture forum and provide guidance to solution designer and developers.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture domain, with a focus on integration design and implementation.
- Strong experience on establishing and transforming digital services and platform modernization.
- Experience in evaluating and managing technical product, commercial issues, risks, and the associated complexity (system and infrastructure).
- Experience in communicating and influencing at senior management and executive level.
- Strong experience in managing multiple business stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience in delivery in a complex and high-pressure environment.
Technical Skills
- Proven expertise in integration technologies such as ESB, ETL, API Management, SOA, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience in evaluating and managing technical product, commercial issues, risks, and the associated complexity (system and infrastructure).
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, JBoss Fuse, TIBCO, IBM MQ, Redhat AMQ, Kafka or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of messaging protocols, data formats (XML, JSON), and integration patterns (pub/sub, point-to-point, etc.).
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and other web services standards.
- Experience with cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid integration models.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus.
- Technical knowledge on TMForum (preferred).
